In the latest episode of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” Yung Joc encourages Mendeecees to do a “grand gesture” for Yandy, but the gesture only causes more confusion.

Mendeecees vents to Yung Joc about where things currently stand with Yandy. It’s been hard for him to process their breakup emotionally. He thinks their relationship didn’t work out because they didn’t build a solid friendship first. Joc tells Mendeecees that it’s time for him to do something “grand” for Yandy since they have been having issues for so long.
Yandy and Kendra catch up. Kendra tells Yandy that Joc told Mendeecees he needed to do a “grand gesture” for Yandy so they can get back to a better place. Joc proposed to Kendra when he did his grand gesture, so Kendra is hoping that Mendeecees has something big planned.
Renni’s boo faces multiple charges.
Karlie Redd goes to South Carolina to check on Renni Rucci after news of Blacc Zacc’s arrest went viral on social media. The charges are serious. One charge includes Murder in Aid of Racketeering. Renni is concerned about her man and is willing to pay whatever is necessary to ensure he has great legal representation. Karlie says she’s been in Renni’s shoes with her ex-husband and decided to leave the situation when she realized his legal problems had nothing to do with her.
Renni doesn’t have the save herself mindset. She tells Karlie she is going to “stick beside” Zacc.
Jessica White’s boo Nathan proposes to her while they are on the beach. She happily accepts. In a green screen interview, Jessica says she didn’t expect to fall in love, and she never wanted to be married. But Nathan has changed her mind, and she’s happy to spend her life with him. Bambi is the first person that Jessica calls with the good news.
Yandy is confused by Mendeecees’ grand gesture.
Mendeecees’ “grand gesture” for Yandy turns out to be a surprise trip to a corn field. He tells her that he misses her and wants to work on being friends. He doesn’t want to be in a relationship with Yandy, but a foundation in friendship is something he thinks they never really had.
Yandy is confused. She thinks Mendeecees has been giving her mixed signals. When she alleges that he crawled into her bed the previous night, he claims they haven’t been intimate in months.
He says he wants to start over with Yandy. The episode ends before Yandy responds.
