Police are investigating a Friday morning shooting that injured two adults near Nicollet Mall and South Ninth Street, according to the Minneapolis Police Department.
Both victims were taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators say that the suspect left the area prior to officers’ arrival.
Police arrived on scene at around 8 a.m.
Crime tape is strung up across the street from Target’s downtown headquarters, and a Minneapolis police crime lab is at the scene.
