
One person was seriously injured in a crash involving two semis in St. Paul on Tuesday afternoon.
Minnesota State Patrol said that troopers responded to a three-vehicle crash in the area of northbound Highway 52 and Plato Boulevard at around 2:34 p.m.
Authorities say that two semis and one SUV were involved in the crash, with the driver of the SUV suffering serious injuries.
All of the lanes in the northbound direction were closed for investigation work before being reopened around 6 p.m., according to MnDOT.
The investigation is ongoing, and more information is expected to be released at a later time.
